At Light Years, we take a “less is more” approach to brewing. We’re inspired by the rich history of traditional beer styles, old-world brewing methods and techniques that have stood the test of time. We are passionate about beers with character, purpose, and patience.
We love brewing classic lagers and giving them a modern twist, while staying true to the soul of the style. Our lagers are never rushed. We give them the time they need to mature, develop, and express their full flavor. Quality is non-negotiable, and we use carefully selected European malts and ingredients that honor the origins of each beer.
Our IPAs are brewed with balance in mind. We aim for clean, delicate, and hop-forward profiles. Not overly aggressive or bitter, but soft and expressive, allowing the hops to truly shine.
